This ministry is set up as a theocracy, God as the Shepherd and the leader as the under-shepherd, feeding and leading the flock to pastures. The citizens, Ambassadors, of the body will be challenged with pointing them to a higher level in Christ. The supporting staff, team members, and volunteers will encourage each other. They will motivate people with genuine care from their heart. A foundation blueprint is built around servanthood leadership, thus serving in humility, walking in love, being an example, and treating everyone according to scriptures and applying Biblical concepts.

The governmental structure of the ministry is to delegate authority, be accountable and demonstrate solid stewardship. God gave gifts and talents to operate in the body of Christ for business and spiritual purposes and to operate and minister to the needs of the people. In this Body, every one has a purpose, is important and has a responsibility to answer their vocation and do the work of the ministry. He empowers people with divine appointments and sets them in the body to fulfill the work of the ministry. This organization is built around the people, utilizing their skills and talents to multiply and reproduce, and to advance/establish the Kingdom of God on earth. The technique of management is servant leader, an equipper, setting goals according to God's will and responsibility, to motivate, edify, build up, and comfort. We will utilize team concepts, cross training, and team contribution. This is the People's Ministry where there is a place for everyone.

All functions are designed with the purpose of the Great Commission. The complex operates as an apostolic, prophetic ministry designed after the five-fold ministry apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, and pastors. Developing everyone in the organization is subject to spiritual authority and all must submit and put themselves under authority.


MINISTRIES
Creative Arts Ministries: Mission of this ministry is minister to the people with variety of techniques and technology through various arts, drama, prophetic dance, banners, poems, storytelling, mime etc. This department specializes in creating a mixture of plays, reenactments of bible stories, skits, etc, which demonstrate life problems.

Pastoral Care: This department's mission is to work directly with assisting the pastor in various ministerial duties. The individual in this position are trained as lay ministers, which is an extended hand of God's Empire, providing an environment of love, security, and strength. They are responsible for visitation of members, non-members, guests, shut-ins, rededications, elderly, hospitalized, and individuals who are incarcerated. They serve as prayer support and assist with alter call.

Family Ministries: The mission for this ministry is to reproduce, multiply and replenish the earth, build strong families, vigorous marriages for role models and train their seed(s) through the apostolic and prophetic ministry. They charge the family to establish the biblical governmental structure in the home, love God and love their brother with unconditional love regardless of circumstances. The Family Ministry imparts stewardship for utilizing their skills and gifts for building and advancing the kingdom of God; train and educate the husband and wife in their authority to have dominion and rule over the earth. All training will be interaction, social building, case scenario, group discussion and teacher aids. "And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do." 1 Chron 12:32 KJV

Youth Ministries: The mission is to cultivate and reserve and prophesy over the seed of the next generation and to raise up youth to be young prophets, priests, and king in the body of Christ as national leaders and delivers, and the salvation of a generation. The youth pastor will impart purpose in youth to have dominion, reproduce and multiply. The Youth Ministries will mold and shape the mind of them to be sound in teaching and preaching the gospel, to understand the Word of God, to apply the scriptures and to be obedient and understand authority, and answer their calling. Our seed, which is the children, will impact this world with the power of the Holy Spirit!
